It is especially effective at blocking graffiti, tannin, water, smoke and other bleeding stains. Kilz Complete primer dries quickly and provides a mildew-resistant coating. It can be used under latex or oil-based paint. Ideal for spot priming and direct application to furniture, molding, baseboards, door jambs and frames and other projects where a "focused application" is desired instead of a large flat surface.
