Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following policy before initiating a return or exchange.


Standard Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of the original purchase date.

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and returned in their original packaging with all manuals, parts, and accessories included.

  • Gas-powered equipment must have all fuel and oil completely drained. 

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Shipping and/or freight charges may apply to returns or exchanges. These fees will be determined based on the item type, condition, and reason for return.

All returned items will be inspected. If the product is found to be used, damaged, or missing components, a partial refund or denial of return may apply.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right at no cost to you.

  • Please notify us within 5 days of delivery and provide photos or videos showing the damage or defect before initiating a return.

  • Once verified, we will arrange for replacement, repair, or return shipping/freight at no charge.

  • Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Freight Delivery & Inspection

For items shipped via freight, please inspect your shipment before signing the delivery receipt:

  • Confirm the crate or packaging is sealed and intact.

  • Check for any visible damage to the crate or equipment.

  • If damage is present, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos before accepting the shipment.

This inspection helps ensure any shipping issues are documented and resolved quickly.
